- Check your inbox for your unique DISC access code
- Use the same name and email address you used on your application
- Save each results report as a PDF
Step 01
Personality
- Â Find your unique DISC access code in your email.
- Enter your code exactly as it appears.
- Select Send Code to Begin and complete the assessment.
- Before exiting, save your complete report as a PDF.

You can return to the assessment site and enter your code again to access your results.
Step 02
Character Strengths
- Open the assessment and create your free account.
- Follow the instructions to take the free survey.
- Complete the assessment and download your free results report as a PDF.

Contribution
- Open and complete the assessment.
- Use the name and email from your application.
- Check your email and download the results PDF.
