I realized that in trying to balance everything, I wasn't balancing anything, and I was left in shambles. But now I know you can't do it all in that season, in that space. You just don't have enough time. I learned how to prioritize what's important.

Learning about my personality style set the tone for me and provided insight into how I interact with individuals and navigate relationships with others. This experience gave me an opportunity to pause. So my goal now is to slow down and be self-aware more often

One of the interesting aspects of any development is whether it can impact both your personal and professional life, which is a beautiful thing. Because it feels like you're not just investing in your professional development, you're really investing in being a human. The training that we did with you really did that.

It was crucial to understand my leadership style and how I can best respect others' backgrounds while collaborating with them to create an inclusive environment where people feel welcome to work with me and get to know me. The information really broadened my skill set in business, academics, and my personal life.
