To help you prepare your heart and mind for the journey ahead, we’ve created a powerful pre-summit resource just for you: Silence the Barriers™ – Your Personal Barrier-Busting Guide.

This reflective and faith-filled activity is designed to help you confront what’s been holding you back so you can rise with confidence, courage, and clarity. Fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism may be loud, but they don’t have the final say — God’s truth does.

Let’s silence those barriers together.

Why This Matters

Before we step into the summit experience, we want to equip you with tools that ground you in your faith and activate your purpose. This guide is designed to:

  • Help you identify internal and external barriers keeping you from fully walking in your calling.

  • Reframe obstacles with Scripture and faith-based truths.

  • Equip you with actionable strategies that reinforce courage, trust, and alignment with God’s plan.

Every woman has a clarion call from God. We are equipping you to silence your barriers, renew your mind, and confidently step into your God-given calling.

Together, we will rise.

-Dr. Jennifer Keitt

Step 1: Recognize the Barriers

Take a deep breath and reflect on the different roles you play—at home, at work, in relationships, and in your faith. What barriers show up again and again?

Here are some examples to get you started:

Internal Barriers

  • Fear of inadequacy
  • Self-doubt
  • Perfectionism
  • Feeling unseen or unworthy

External Barriers

  • Time constraints
  • Lack of support
  • Societal expectations
  • Overwhelming responsibilities

Let’s make it personal: Take a few moments to identify your own:

  • Internal Barrier: ________________________________________________________________

  • External Barrier: ________________________________________________________________

Step 2: Bust the Barrier with God’s Truth

For each barrier, find a Scripture that speaks to it—something that reframes the challenge through God’s promises. Here are a few examples:

  • Fear of inadequacy → “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

  • Time constraints → “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)

Now personalize it:

  • Internal Barrier: ____________________________

    • God’s Truth: _____________________________

  • External Barrier: ____________________________

    • God’s Truth: _____________________________

Step 3: Create Your Barrier-Busting Strategy

Let’s get practical and spiritual. For each barrier, create a two-fold strategy: one practical and one rooted in faith. Here’s a framework to guide you:

BarrierPractical StrategyFaith-Based Strategy
Example: PerfectionismSet realistic expectations for myself.Pray for peace and trust in God’s plan.

Step 4: Reflect and Commit

Let’s seal this with reflection and intention.

Reflection Prompts:

  • What is one small action I can take this week to silence these barriers?

  • How will trusting in God’s truth give me the courage to rise above them?

Commitment Statement
