Meet Our Leaders

Dr. Uchenna Baker

Dr. Baker is a university executive with over two decades of administrative and teaching experience at both the undergraduate and graduate level. As an award-winning researcher on Ontological Leadership, she has presented her work at national and international conferences, colleges and universities, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Dr. Baker is also the founder and owner of The Leap Agency, a company focused on providing individuals and organizations with the tools they need to LEAP (lead ethically, authentically, and with purpose).

Brunella Caldas Reid

Brunella Caldas Reid, MBA, PCM, CDMP, is the Chief Marketing Officer at Moore Colson CPAs and Advisors, a Top 15 accounting and advisory firm in Atlanta. She has over 25 years of experience including 18+ years in a marketing leadership role.

Samantha Hawkins

Samantha Hawkins is a communications professional with nearly a decade of experience managing various issues, including corporate affairs, DEI initiatives, paid family and medical leave, and more. She graduated from the University of Georgia and has a Master’s degree from George Washington University. 

Suzanne Nadell

Suzanne’s a wife of 23 years, a mom to a 13-year-old boy, and she leads WSB-TV newsroom. Her passion is to share “Life Lessons” learned from juggling faith, family, and career to empower women to use their God-given talents to their fullest potential.

Donna Hall

Donna Hall is a retired media executive and current Executive Coach who leads with a combination of head and heart – marrying strategic vision and operational excellence with a desire to help people grow and develop into who they were created to be.

Candice Biamby

Candice Biamby is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with a proven track record in establishing and enhancing security practices across diverse organizational landscapes. With over five years of dedicated experience in cybersecurity, Candice has solidified her expertise through certifications from GIAC, CrowdStrike, and AWS.

Jametta Mack Barden

Jametta Mack Barden is a Project Mgt Professional (PMP) who owns and operates Mack Squared, a business consulting firm that leads HRIS implementations and diversity activations along with staff augmentation for special projects. She is also a consummate leader and volunteer for large-scale sporting, professional, and spiritual events.

Janie Johnson

Janie Johnson is a speech-language pathologist who has worked to remediate and improve communication and language disorders with patients and students across the life-span. Janie has primarily worked with varying degrees of cognitive, language, and functional communication disorders in middle school aged students, with additional experience treating feeding and swallowing disorders in both infants and adults.
